Noah Barnes - Auburn High School (AL) was off this past weekend. They are 2-4 on the season and will host Montgomery Lee this upcoming Friday night.
Sanchez Blake - Olive Branch lost to arch-rival South Panola 47-29. Despite the score, Blake had a big game defensively, accounting for 5 solo tackles and 7 assists.
Jahod Booker - Park Crossing moved to 6-1 on the season with an exciting 41-34 victory over Northview out of Dothan (AL). The wide receiver was instrumental in the victory with 6 receptions for 63 yards including a pair of touchdown catches.
Sean Dykes - Manvel won by a blowout for the third week in a row, this time drubbing South Houston 75-14. Dykes only played a quarter, but made the most out of it, catching 3 balls for 70 yards and two touchdowns, including a 48-yarder. Manvel has outscored its opponents the last three games by a score of 206-21.
Jacobi Francis - Newton remained undefeated through its first six games with a 37-20 over Tucker (GA). Francis stuffed the stat sheet on the defensive side of the ball again with 4 solo tackles and two assists, as well as 2 pass breakups.
Keon Howard - The Laurel, Mississippi quarterback threw for 227 yards and four touchdowns as his squad won their second game in a row defeating Natchez by the score of 45-0.
Jerrick Orr- Aberdeen High School (MS) got back on the winning track, defeating Mooreville 39-0. Orr once again faced a plethora of double teams, but still had 5 receptions for 35 yards.
Thomas Pickens - MUS moved to 5-2 on the season with a 35-0 pasting of St. Benedict at Auburndale. Pickens had another solid game defensively and added a 1-yard touchdown run.
Rakavian Poydras - Clarksville (TN) had a tough night this past Friday as they lost on the road to Middle Tennessee powerhouse Centennial 42-5. Centennial has several high major type players including Texas A&M commit Tyrell Dotson.
Caleb Grant - East Mississippi Community College won easily 49-7 over Jones County Junior College. Grant had one solo tackle for the game.
Jahmmir Taylor - Hinds Community College lost a tough 28-19 battle to East Central. Taylor was a big part of the offense, as he scored on a 5-yard reverse, just before the half. On the season, Taylor has 15 receptions for 255 yards and two touchdowns.
