Earlier today Memphis picked up commitment number 16 of the 2015 class when 2* Wide Receiver Treveon Hamilton decided he was going to become a Tiger.

Originally a UTSA commitment, Hamilton visited Memphis and things began to change, "This summer when I took a visit I liked it a lot! It felt right."

Over the course of the past few months the thought of Memphis was growing on him. The Tigers turning themselves into a conference championship contender made Hamilton think long and hard about switching to the Tigers.

"I can see that coach Fuente is changing things around. I think that's huge. I just want to win and come in and do what I can to help them win more," Hamilton said.

The 6-foot-3 197 lbs. wide out knows he has an opportunity to play early with Memphis.

He's not a speedster but he's quick enough to get open. He runs good routes and is a huge asset in the red zone. He is a willing blocker and a physical runner after he catches the ball.

Hamilton should fit well into the Tigers program. He's a smart kid who's willing to learn and will do whatever it takes to win. The future is bright for Memphis, he's a perfect compliment to current Tigers receiver Roderick Proctor.
